VIDEO: St. Louis PD Chase Suspected Bank Robber

A television news helicopter captured the chase, crash and apprehension of a suspected bank robber.

Officers were chasing a suspected O’Fallon bank robber on I-70. The suspect led police to 141 and Creve Coeur Mill. That is where he carjacked a truck.

The suspect drove the truck through heavy traffic on 141 to Olive road. The police chase then wound around through Creve Coeur neighborhoods and ended in a crash in unincorporated St. Louis County. The truck slammed into a home near the intersection of Shulte and Villa Dorado.

The suspect was taken into police custody.
