Evansville, Ind., PD released footage of 29-year old Cornelius Ratliff being chased and arrested after he fleeing a traffic stop. During the chase, Ratliff pulled a handgun on the pursuing officer and tried to fire it, but forgot to turn the safety off. He was recently sentenced to 30 years in prison for numerous charges stemming from the March 17, 2014, incident.
