9 Questions

April 15, 2015

Are you a law enforcement trainer and still trying to decide if you should attend the 2015 ILEETA International Training Conference and Expo April 20–25, 2015, at the Westin Chicago North Shore, Wheeling, Ill.?

Here is a series of yes or no questions to help you decide:

1. Are you willing to Dare to Be Great as a trainer?

2. Are you hungry for new information and ideas on taking your training to the next level?

3. Do you believe your officers are the heroes of your training and your job is to be the wise and humble mentor?

4. Are you interested in connecting with some of the most passionate and dedicated trainers in law enforcement?

5. Are you willing to leave your ego at home?

6. Do you believe that training is a calling and not simply a job?

7. Do you have an open mind?

8. Are you a dedicated trainer who needs to recharge your batteries and be

inspired in these challenging times?

9. Are you willing to invest a week of your life to help you become a great trainer so you can better serve the men and women you have the honor of training?

If you answered yes to these questions then the ILEETA International Trainers Conference is for you. The conference will include over 150 instructor courses and two dozen instructor certifications and armorer courses. Conference tuition is only $367 for six days of training. If you answered no to these questions then this is not the conference for you.

ILEETA however, is more than just a conference. It is a gathering of peers. It is an experience that will change the way you think about training, the way you deliver training, and may just change your life.

If you are willing to Dare to Be Great as a trainer, the ILEETA Conference is an investment you need to make and where you need to be April 20–25.
