Officers were called to the scene after a man began behaving erratically in the street, having reportedly thrown his shoes at teenagers and punched a parked car.  Officers would later report that the man smelled strongly of PCP.

The man refuses to comply with the officers orders and instead snaps off a car antenna and swipes at the officers with it.  The officers used baton strikes to subdue the man and eventually one of the officers takes the subject down with a tackle.

It took several officers to bring the man under control.  One officer can be heard exclaiming the subject had bitten his leg.

The onlookers can be heard yelling and criticizing the officers.  This has been a common theme lately.
