VIDEO: Police Release Video of Chaotic Scene

Saginaw, Texas, police have released dash cam video showing what happened before one of their officers fatally shot a 25-year-old man who was behaving erratically Saturday night.

Two Saginaw officers were hospitalized after being attacked by the man, who was then fatally shot by one of the officers, police said. The man was identified as 25-year-old Michael Brown of Saginaw.

Police say the officers were responding to a call near Old Decatur Road and Meadowdale Drive late Saturday when Brown immediately attacked them.

Police spokesman Sgt. Damon Ing said one of the officers had a concussion and the other had injuries that included a wrist injury.
