If the behavior depicted weren’t aberrational, it wouldn’t make the news. The problem: Much of the public now believes that all dash- and bodycam footage is exciting. Well–it’s not! But Tampa PD did us all a favor by making this video, which shoes the other side of the coin: The face of the public that has no respect for the law or officers of the law. Unfortunately this is all to common nowadays.
