Calibre Press & The National Latino Peace Officers Association

We are thrilled to announce Calibre Press is the “Exclusive Officer Safety Training Partner” of the National Latino Peace Officers Association. If you don’t know NLPOA, get to know them: This is a dynamic and committed group, dedicated to serving members to the fullest. We are proud and honored to work with such a group.

The NLPOA Conference will be held in Kansas City, Kan., from Oct. 11 – 14, 2017. This, the organization’s 44th conference, will be held at the Great Wolf Lodge. Register here. Training will be provided by Calibre Press instructors.

Other training will be presented by the Code 9 Project, National Tactical Officers Association, and Dr. Michael Nichols. Training will include defensive driving, terrorism, child sex trafficking, excited delirium, natural disaster response, large event collaboration, and more.

The goal of the NLPOA is to promote equality and professionalism in law enforcement. It is a fraternal and professional association that provides its members and members of the community with career training, conferences, and workshops to promote education and career advancement, mentoring, and a strong commitment to community service.
