Protestors, Police and a Punch in Pittsburgh. What Do YOU Think?

During a small Black Lives Matter protest in Pennsylvania, an individual scuffled with officers who were in the process of arresting a participant. In response, an officer throws a punch and the soon-to-be-arrested subject goes down.
