2023 National Law Enforcement Officer Hall of Fame Induction Update

May 17, 2022

The Board of Directors of the National Law Enforcement Officer Hall of Fame has announced that Thursday, March 30 will be the official date for the 2023 Induction Ceremony.

The Board also announced a location change. The ‘23 dinner event will be held at the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel, a AAA Four Diamond property situated in a prime waterfront location in the heart of downtown Toledo. Special rates will be offered to event attendees.

“We’ve worked with the world class staff at the Renaissance for the last several years to provide outstanding accommodations for our inductees, special guests and attendees from around the country,” said Megan Stockburger, co-founder of the NLEOHOF. “The hotel location is ideal and the level of service is impressive on all levels. We’re extremely pleased to be deepening our relationship with the Renaissance team by now conducting the Induction Ceremony itself at the property.”

“This year’s Induction Ceremony, which was heavily attended by officers, their families and law enforcement supporters nationwide was an overwhelming success,” said Scott Buhrmaster, CEO of National Law Enforcement Officer Hall of Fame partner Calibre Press. “Sheriff Mark Lamb was an outstanding emcee, the encouraging words shared by actor and fervent law enforcement supporter Gary Sinise were deeply appreciated by all, and the achievements of the Inductees were both touching and inspiring. The plans underway for enhancing next year’s ceremony even further promise yet another unforgettable event.”

Future announcements on additional program details and instructions for submitting 2023 nominations will be coming soon.
